Hillary is one of the first practitioners in the Rocky Mountain region to practice and promote the amazing healing arts of Thai Herbal Compresses and Thai Yoga Massage. Hillary has had extensive training in Thailand, and her practice and teaching draws mainly from the Northern (Chiang Mai) style.
Hillary discovered Thai Yoga Massage through her yoga and dance background, and over six years ago she left her profession as an English literature teacher and voyaged to Thailand to learn about this amazing, healing art. When she was first in Chiang Mai, she was in awe of these Divine Herbal Bundles of Joy-these Thai Herbal Compresses that we now sell. The aromas are healing, uplifting, and joyful. She must surround herself with these aromas everyday. She uses them in all of her sessions with clients, teaches classes at local universities and local herbal shops, and promotes them to her clients for at-home use.
